THERE ARE SIX BASICS TO THE DOCTRINE OF CHRIST repentance from dead works, ................1 Repent and of faith toward God, .......................2 Believe Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms,.... 3 Be Baptizedand of laying on of hands, ..................... 4 Receive the Spirit and of resurrection of the dead,.............5 Promise of Life and of eternal judgment.........................6 All will be Judged What is your foundation built on ? If you truly believe the good news you will repent , be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ , receive the promise of the Spirit and you too will have the hope of eternal life. Then walk a holy life for all will be judged for their deeds . It's the foundation of Christ . Will you receive the good news ? Act 8:36 And as they went on [their] way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, [here is] water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? Act 8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Act 8:18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money, Act 19:6 And when Paul had laid [his] hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.Act 26:20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and [then] to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance. Act 4:2 Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.Act 24:25 And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.2Co 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad. 2Jo 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ , hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ , he hath both the Father and the Son. 2Jo 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into [your] house, neither bid him God speed:2Jo 1:11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
